These elegant Elizabethan stays feature a unique two-toned mercerized cotton fabric. Mercerized cotton is not only more durable than typical cotton, but the special production process gives it a lustrous shine. This cotton was woven with pink threads to give the light blue color pink highlights. Look closely at the fabric and see if you can notice the pink shine!
These stays are made in our classic Elizabethan Scoop Neck style, featuring a heavily boned front, a delicate scoop neckline, and back lacing for an easily adjustable fit.

Really great, love the elastic in the wrists, and the fastens at the v neck. Only thing is it’s insanely see through compared to what I expected in the ivory, still a really great shirt but something to keep in mind!

The fabric is much more flowy than I expected, but is still really substantial. It's not at all see-through when worn alone.
Beautiful craftsmanship and absolutely worthy of the price. I could have sized down based on the corset measurement advice; model with the short hair is pretty evidently wearing XS, as I still have a lot of room when I fully close the front and back lacing.

Fabric is so soft and sumptuous. However, the sleeves are extremely short and one of the neck ties pulled off on second wearing.
Fabric feels heavy and high-quality, it falls beatifully and fits comfortably! It will work perfectly for the ren faire and also just when I want to wear a pretty golden skirt.
