Soft & Flowy!

I got the cotton peasant blouse to originally wear it to a renn faire, but it is so soft and comfortable I have worn it a couple times now in my day to day.

My only concern with the top is how see-through it is, which requires layers, and then when putting something like a corset over, can get a little bulky. But overall, 4/5 stars!

Very nice, tight arm elastics

This is my first French Meadows blouse, I followed the suggestions in other reviews to size up. I like this blouse, it’s really soft and dainty. Slightly sheer as expected. I will say the arm elastics are pretty snug, it gets uncomfortable on my forearms after a full day of wearing. I prefer to wear it on the shoulder so maybe that’s why.

Shrinks in the wash

I think this blouse is really lovely and initially fit really well. However it shrunk by at least a size after it went through the wash even though I followed the garment instructions. If you plan to machine wash this blouse I would definitely recommend sizing up.

Peasant blouse

I bought a size large after referring to the sizing chart. The description mentions it should be loose fitting, so I was confident in the sizing. When it arrived, the band around the sleeves were tight and the length of the blouse seemed shorter than pictured. It's cute and it went well with my outfit but I wished I sized up.
